Objective: To investigate the anti-depression mechanism of JiaWeiWenDan Decoction in regulating p38MAPK-ERK5 signal transduction pathway. Methods: Depression model rats were randomly divided into Blank Control Group, Model Chinese Medicine Treatment and Western Group (hereinafter referred to as Group), with 48 each group. The mice treated on 7th day, 14th day 21st respectively, for 28 days. key targets cytokines pathway detected. Results: Compared expression p38MAPKmRNA hippocampus was increased. could reduce p38MAPK mRNA (P P < 0.05); There no significant difference between Groups. Conclusion: anti-inflammatory effect may be related regulation signaling With advance treatment week, best obtained when started modeling.
